Empowering you to take ownership of your body and get to know it better.

What Is Mobility?

This daily mobility plan aims to look at movement from the head to feet, focusing on different areas as you progress through the session;

  • Head/Neck
  • Shoulders/Upper Back
  • Hips/Lower Back
  • Quadriceps/Hamstrings
  • Inner Thighs
  • Feet/Ankles

Programme Structure:
