Split into 3 Phases:

Focused Areas:

Hips -This is for you if you’ve been struggling with hip pain, feeling like you have a lack of mobility, struggling to squat, deadlift without irritation in this area.

Back and Spine -Also looking at quality of movement in the spine by working to improve mobility, strength and movement confidence to look to move away from constant niggles, tightness, aches and pains.

Bringing the Body Together - Alongside the focus on the hips and spine, we take a deeper look into the different connections through the bodies chain, taking breathing, quality of control at the knees and feet into consideration also.

A big thing following a programme is structure. How many times have you felt like you’re scrambling around looking for the best fixes or exercises to do? Injuries, especially those that are chronic can sometimes fall into a cycle where you have pain, rest, pain goes away but then returns upon activity. A large part of the time this is down to no structure in the rehab process. This plan gives you a 6 week structured frame work to follow.

Programme Structure:

  • 3 x Sessions Per Week - each with a different focus
  • Flexible to your needs - go at your own pace and work through comfortably 

Whats Included?

You will gain lifetime access to a comprehensive programme complete with an exercise library of exercise demonstrations, containing full description and education. With exercise  regressions/progressions also available.

Equipment List:

Large Resistance Bands, Mini Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Towel, Foam Roller

(all ideal but not essential - exercises can also be performed without)
